I'm still alive!
It's been a while
So some things have happened, not all of it has been great and yes, it's all really difficult to talk about it. But if you don't talk about it, then nothing changes.
It's a secret to nobody that I suffer badly with depression and anxiety, and have struggled for a long time with both those things atop problems in my personal life ranging from health to losing Mat. It all came to a head in April when I attempted to take my own life. Since then, I've waited for therapy, I've hung in there and I've started making changes in my life to improve it.
